Yeah, I've been into natives for a while now. Nothing too wild, mostly stuff like milkweed, echinacea, and goldenrod. They just kind of do their thing without needing much, which I like. Im pretty hooked. Learning alot. The newest fun knowledge ive been getting into is harvesting the inner wild cherry bark for a natural cough medicine and I also was able to harvest a bunch of paper birch bark after the last wind storm and did a dry distillation to get birJust curious,anybody here consider themselves a native plant lover? ch oil. I used it to finish this hatchet handle I carved and re water proofed my leather boots with it.
