Woolly Chanterelles

I saw some Woolly Chanterelles recently. Back home they were considered decent eating, but here they seem to fly under the radar. Anyone giving these a shot in the kitchen?

Yeah, I've cooked with Woolly Chanterelles a few times, it is earthy and really good when sautéed right, have you tried them with butter and garlic? Just be sure you're 100% on the ID first
